Joshua Davidson is the founder and CEO of Dry Eye Drink/Eyedration LLC, a company that produces the world’s first and only hydration product designed for people who experience dry eye. He is also the only certified Scleral Lens Fitter in the whole of Louisiana. As founder and CEO of Dry Eye Drink/Eyedration, Joshua Davidson oversaw the company’s creation of a nighttime formulation to ease patients with dry eyes. He also created a self-heating disposable compress that patients can wear to mitigate the effects of dry eyes resulting from meibomian gland dystrophy.

In 2018, Joshua Davidson became a staff optometrist at Williamson Eye Center. As such, he handled direct patient care and performed various types of eye exams. Some of his other responsibilities at the clinic include performing pre-operative and post-operative exams for patients that have had cataract surgeries, refractive surgeries, corneal cross-linking, and MIGs (micro-invasive glaucoma) surgeries.

In addition to performing clinical duties, he is the director of the Williamson Eye Center's Optometric Externship program.
